My Humble Beginning
Joseph P. Dusel
I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Anselm College in 1972 and my Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law in 1978. I was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in June 1979 and have been in private practice ever since. Over the years, I’ve practiced civil litigation, business law, real estate, probate, and contract law. With the adoption of the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code in 2012, I began focusing my practice on probate estates and administration, providing comprehensive legal services to both individuals and business clients.
I have an AV Preeminent rating from © Martindale-Hubbell. I also previously served on the Board of Directors of the Hampden County Bar Association.
